Temporary W2 Processing Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for Temporary W2 Processing Associates to support our year-end tax documentation and employee inquiries related to W2 processing. This role involves managing high call volumes, ensuring accurate processing, and maintaining compliance with tax-related documentation. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in payroll or HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing and distributing W2 forms to employees based in the U.S.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to W2 issuance, corrections, and reprints via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle high call volumes related to tax document processing efficiently.
• Ensure secure handling of employee information and tax-related data in compliance with company policies.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth W2 distribution process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1-2 years in payroll, tax documentation, or HR support roles. Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of W2 forms, U.S. tax compliance, and payroll processes.
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Availability: Willing to work during the U.S. tax season (February-April 2025) and flexible with shifts to accommodate high call volumes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Familiarity with U.S. payroll and tax regulations.
• Experience working with international clients.
