Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager / Senior Manager Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international BPO operations and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the BPO center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and agents, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
• Handle client interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the account, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• 8+ years of experience in managing international BPO operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
