Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team at Trianz. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in AWS, Linux, and DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Shell Scripting. This is a full-time role with shift timings from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. A face-to-face interview is mandatory as part of the selection process. UAN is also a mandatory requirement for candidates applying for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Management : Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using best practices.
- Automation : Automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and system monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, and Shell Scripting.
- Containerization and Orchestration : Implement and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for application deployment and scaling.
- Configuration Management : Use Ansible to automate the configuration of servers and applications, ensuring consistency across environments.
- Cloud Services : Leverage AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS) to build scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
- CI/CD Pipelines : Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment of applications.
- Linux Administration : Expertise in RedHat Linux and other Linux distributions for system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and Logging : Implement monitoring and logging solutions for AWS infrastructure using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
- Troubleshooting : Provide level-3 support to resolve any cloud infrastructure or DevOps-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, VPC, etc.
- Linux: At least 4 years of experience with Linux system administration (preferably RedHat Linux).
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization of applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management of large-scale applications.
- Expertise in Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure using code.
- Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management of servers and services.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation tasks and system configuration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for continuous integration and delivery.
Desired Skills :
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
- Security : Experience with securing cloud infrastructure and applying security best practices.
- Monitoring Tools : Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack for monitoring and logging.
- Version Control : Expertise with Git for version control.
Soft Skills :
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying issues and optimizing solutions.
- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other DevOps engineers.
- Adaptability : Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in the ever-evolving DevOps landscape.
