Siebel Developer (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Siebel CRM Development : Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Siebel CRM platform to meet business requirements.

Configuration and Customization : Configure Siebel applications based on business needs, including UI Layer, Business Object Layer, and Data Object Layer.

Scripting and Workflows : Develop and maintain Siebel scripts and workflows to automate processes and enhance system functionality.

Integration : Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP web services, JMS configuration, and middleware technologies.

Performance Tuning : Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications to ensure efficient operation.

Technical Support : Provide technical expertise and support for Siebel CRM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Experience :

Siebel CRM Expertise : 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation, with proficiency in Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, and integration methods. Experience with Siebel Open UI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML is highly desirable.

Database Knowledge : Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL.

Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills : Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Siebel Versions: Experience with Siebel IP17 or later versions.

Certifications: Siebel certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Expert, Siebel CRM) are a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the telecom industry or with Siebel Marketing Campaigns, Lead Management, and Service Request modules is advantageous.
