Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Forms, Bookings, Sign, Sales IQ, Campaigns, and Social.

- Integrate Zoho applications with other internal and external systems using Zoho Flow and Zapier.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to provide valuable insights into business performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.

- Provide ongoing support and training to internal users on Zoho applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Zoho technology and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions.

- Ensure data integrity and security within the Zoho environment.

- Participate in the planning and execution of Zoho-related projects.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with the following Zoho applications: CRM, Forms, Bookings, Sign, Sales IQ, Campaigns, and Social.

- Strong proficiency in Zoho Flow and Zapier for integrating applications and automating workflows.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.

- Excellent understanding of data structures, APIs, and web services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Must be available during EST business hours.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Zoho Creator Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
