AP Analyst

Senior AP Analyst (3 to 5 Years)

• Prepare the open invoice report and circulate dashboard.
• Sub-contractor invoice booking
• Request for vendor statement and reconcile and request for invoice for deviation.
• Track the AP invoice tracker and share the invoice copy to Procurement /Estimation for PR/PO/GRN/SES creation.
• Posting the 3 ways of matching (Po/Receipt/invoice) for material and service for site Factory.
• Preparing AP aging report and action on open items.
• Prepare open GRN /Freight report and follow up with other department.
• Support the team members and lead and discharge the responsibility assigned.
• Review the AP General ledger and sharing the GL for BS reconciliation.
• Preparing payment forecast (Weekly/Monthly) for Budgeting and share to Lead for weekly payment.
• Management of AP controls
• On Demand information and Reports
• Proactive issue Management

Skill set Required:

• Must possess strong effective written and verbal communication presentation skills.
• Must possess strong excel knowledge.
• Strong desktop /data management skill.
