Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, compliance with US building code, and alignment with execution requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, compliance with US building code, and alignment with execution requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design Leadership: Develop innovative architectural designs and guide project teams through the design process.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in all architectural outputs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in modular construction, knowledge of design for manufacturing is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications : bachelor s or master s degree in architecture.
Proficiency in software: Revit + BIM & AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Enscape is a plus.

- Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
- Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
- Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
- Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors
- Create new library components
- Responsible as Model Administrator for assigned projects
- Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation.
- Revit with BIM & Cad is must .

- Enscape will be added advantage
