No one knows anything,there will be no KT. Managers are the worst. They will give impossible task which will be completely useless. Also they will ask to do that useless work on a weekend. I have worked few weekends because " It was the management Decisions" , but not even one minute of the work i did was useful. They simply wanna torture the employee.idk why they want to do that. They won't even provide can for female employees. They won't hire female employees as well. HR policy will be changed without the employee consent. HR people are not good. They also constantly change the shift timing and won't provide WFH option even in case of emergency. No one will stay in the company for more than one year....Read More

Its total waste of time working in the company that you will regret in future for sure, First of all there is no work culture , terrible toxic environment , when i joined notice period was for 1 month and its mentioned in offer letter also suddnely aftr 4 months they changed it to 3 months without our acceptance Talking abt my dep, one of the worst dept in the company .its finance, we have to beg the manager for one leave and all weekends they will torture us to work even thoug there is no work They are not supportive and they expect us to be a manger level experiance on fresher employee ,no training,if we ask doubts they will say google and dig by yourself, Dont waste your career on such a toxic enviroment company...Read More

VP of Supply chain has some mental disorder. IDK why Mr.Ravi is not advising him a treatment. As a mallu I would have literally kicked on his a** but thinking of his medical history just left. Of any one seeing this in company would be laughing seeing this comment for sure. Procurement dept is a worst shape bcos if this VP SCM. Pity on him.

There is no increment's and appreciations for employees, Who is working really hard they will get nothing, who are buckets for the managers they will get appreciations, and they will allow them (Buckets) to come in the night shift for the OT Amount, Usually After office hour also need to work like a slave, even in weekend also. there is no OT Amount.

They are so unprofessional. Firstly they will approve you expect salary and proceed with the never ending interview. After wasting 20hours of you, they will keep you waiting for 2months saying, they are getting it approved. Then they will come up with a budget of a mere 10-20% hike. Please don't fall into their trap and waste time.

Before office location was fine , weekly 5 days working . Starting it was good.

Just do your research properly. There is one company called Katerra. The same management is here with different badge name ( Just research the rise and fall of that company ). Before agreeing for the CTC just review, whether you have job security also . Hire and fire strategy. Do proper research before joining. Think wisely!!!!
