• Lead a team of procurement engineers.
• Source and procure materials, services, and goods for building construction, focusing on mechanical items.
• Oversee global sourcing, vendor development, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate bids and proposals to secure the best value.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
• Develop procurement strategies to align with business goals.

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP).
• Experience with contract and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA preferred.

• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Strong client-facing skills, including excellent communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• International experience (especially with the USA) is a plus.
