Job Description :

We are looking for a senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in ABAP development, particularly in the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, troubleshooting, and providing expertise in developing, testing, and implementing ABAP programs within these modules.

This role requires close collaboration with functional teams and excellent communication skills to understand and fulfill business requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Experience :

- 7 to 13 years of hands-on experience in ABAP with a focus on SD and MM modules.

- Strong technical understanding of SAP SD/MM module-related objects (e.g., sales orders, pricing, inventory management).

Technical Skills :

- ABAP Development: Proficient in ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Classical and Interactive Reports using ALV, Dialog Programming, Object-Oriented Programming.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

- Experience with Data Migration, Data Uploads using BDC and LSMW.

- Expertise in RFC (Remote Function Calls), IDOCs, and BDC.

- Debugging expertise: Proficient in ABAP Debugging, Performance Tools, Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace.

Additional Skills :

- Strong Communication: Ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business users, especially in the SD/MM domain.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.

- Experience in creating Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, and maintaining RICEFW matrices.

- Strong in system analysis, design, development, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Expertise: Act as the technical expert, identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.

- Project Planning : Develop detailed plans and provide accurate estimates for the completion of development, system testing, and implementation phases of the project.

- Requirement Translation : Convert business function requirements into technical program specifications, then code, test, and debug programs.

- Testing : Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, system integration tests, and acceptance tests for functions of high complexity.

- Performance Tuning : Perform performance tuning to improve the performance of SAP functions, ensuring system efficiency and effectiveness.

- System Integration & Monitoring : Ensure integration system activities meet SLAs, including monitoring technical architecture for scalability, availability, and archiving.

- Operational Support : Manage operational support, providing on-call support as required and performing work during change windows.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Handle issues and provide ongoing support to ensure high system availability and user satisfaction.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the correct technical solutions are developed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- SAP Certification in ABAP or SD/MM modules is a plus.
