About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siebel CRM Developer/Consultant with deep expertise in Product and Pricing, Order Management, and integration methodologies, specifically within the Telecom industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background, capable of designing, developing, and implementing robust Siebel solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, and integration techniques, as well as experience with EIM jobs and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities :
Product & Pricing :
- Demonstrate strong functional and technical hands-on expertise in Siebel Product and Pricing functionalities.
Order Management :
- Extensive experience in Siebel Order Management, including a deep understanding of RCOIS methods and Row Set Toolkit Transformation.
Dynamic Pricing :
- Implement and manage Dynamic Pricing Procedures.
Compatibility & Eligibility :
- Develop and maintain Compatibility and Eligibility Workflows and Batch Validation processes.
Asset Based Ordering :
- Configure and implement Asset Based Ordering functionalities.
Signals & Variable Maps :
- Utilize Signals and Variable Maps for customization and integration.
Integration :
- Hands-on experience with Siebel JMS queue-based integration with external systems.
Configuration & Scripting :
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration (Tools and Application level), scripting (e.g., Siebel eScript), and workflows.
EIM :
- Hands-on experience in building and performance tuning EIM jobs for data migration and integration.
SQL :
- Good SQL knowledge is preferred.
Telecom Industry Expertise :
- Must have experience working within the Telecom industry and understanding its specific business processes.
Troubleshooting & Support :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel CRM applications.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Siebel customizations and integrations.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Siebel Product and Pricing.
- Extensive experience in Siebel Order Management, including RCOIS, Row Set Toolkit Transformation, and Asset Based Ordering.
- Proficiency in Dynamic Pricing Procedures, Compatibility & Eligibility Workflows/Batch Validation, Signals, and Variable Maps. Hands-on experience with Siebel JMS queue-based integration.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration (Tools and Application level), scripting, and workflows.
- Must have experience working in the Telecom industry.
- Hands-on experience in building and performance tuning EIM jobs.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Siebel Certifications.
