Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS, Linux systems, containerization technologies, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient software delivery.

- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on On-Premises environments.

- Automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Terraform.

- Work with cloud environments, specifically AWS, to ensure scalability and security of systems.

- Utilize monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana for system performance and visualization.

- Develop and manage Linux-based systems with a strong focus on shell and Python scripting.

- Work with distributed version control systems like Git or Bitbucket for version management.

- Integrate centralized logging frameworks such as ELK or Splunk for efficient troubleshooting and monitoring.

- Follow Agile methodologies and work in a Scrum environment, utilizing tools such as JIRA.

- Collaborate across teams to implement infrastructure improvements and streamline operational workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with strong proficiency in AWS and Linux systems.

- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.

- Proven experience with Jenkins for automating CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

- Experience with monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

- Excellent understanding of networking, security, and cloud architectures.

- Proficiency in Linux, Shell, and Python scripting.

- Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.

- Hands-on experience with centralized logging frameworks like ELK or Splunk.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills :

- Experience working in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA.
