Amantya Technologies - Technical Project Manager (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead and manage complex projects.

The role requires expertise in technical components, project estimation, resource and cost management, and change management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Big Data, Cloud, GIS, UI frameworks and DevOps, with a proven ability to deliver successful projects.

This person shall be responsible for owning the engineering deliverables of the project, ensuring timely delivery with desired quality of the respective product and continuously work with the team to achieve planned objectives.

Role & Responsibilities :

Must Have Skills :

- Plans entire estimations, plan, resources and timeline for the development of a project.

- Experience with Java, Big Data technologies (e., Hadoop, Spark), GIS, Cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), UI Frameworks and DevOps practices.

- Expertise in project estimation, planning and execution.

- Responsible for meeting the project milestones within time, budget and desired quality.

- In-depth understanding of technical components and system architectures.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible for executing the project as per the defined Software development process.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and implementation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e., Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and distributed systems
