Technical Project Manager (5-8 yrs)

We at YuniQ are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee client software delivery projects while supporting technical proposal activities.

The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate efforts across multiple technical streams, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and seamless communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong grasp of project management methodologies, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute to pre-sales efforts such as proposal development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination and Tracking :

- Manage and coordinate efforts across diverse technical streams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of client projects.

- Monitor the progress of each technical area, identifying dependencies and proactively addressing potential roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

Daily Meetings and Communication :

- Conduct or actively participate in daily status meetings with teams to ensure project goals are met and progress is on track.

- Facilitate open and transparent communication by actively listening, gathering updates, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Issue and Risk Management :

- Proactively identify project issues, risks, and challenges, escalating them early to mitigate disruptions.

- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project continuity.

Stakeholder Reporting :

- Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal and client stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

- Maintain transparency and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Sales Support :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the development of tailored proposals and project plans.

- Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements during the pre-sales cycle.

- Provide input on estimates, timelines, and resource plans to support pre-sales activities and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Proven experience in managing software delivery projects, preferably in client-facing roles.

- Experience coordinating multiple technical streams simultaneously.

Technical Knowledge :

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Understanding of various technical domains and their interdependencies in a software delivery context.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).

- Jira, Trello or any other latest project management tool expertise would be an add-on.
