Job Summary :

Pyxidia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in managing projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid technical background in J2EE-based microservices applications, and a proven ability to manage multifunctional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion within the Agile/Scrum framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of up to 10 members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress and metrics.

- Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.

- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and Agile management methodologies.

- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile teams.

- At least 5 years of development experience in building J2EE-based microservices applications.

- Familiarity with Agile management practices, metrics, and tools (JIRA/Confluence).

Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to mentor, coach, and build effective teams.

- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.

- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
