AppGambit - Technical Project Manager (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and deliverables.

- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure project success.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Track project progress using project management tools and ensure clear communication

- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that arise during project execution.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry.

- Strong technical background, with a good understanding of tech stacks, including : JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Basic knowledge of AWS services.

- Proven experience managing software development projects.

- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based services and serverless architecture.

- Hands-on coding experience in any of the technologies mentioned is a plus.

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
