Technical Project Manager (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a strong background in technology and team leadership.

- The role is based in Noida, Sector 62, and will require work from the office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining a high level of performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.

- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, managing resources and priorities effectively.

- Proficiently handle technical documentation and reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends, integrating them into the development process.

- Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.

- Comfortably work in UK Shifts to facilitate communication and coordination with international clients.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science is mandatory.

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical role.

- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in a range of technologies and tools

- Individual Contributions will be given preference.

- Previous experience in team leadership and project management.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Technical documentation expertise is mandatory
