Abhiwan Technology - Technical Project Manager - Jira/Agile Methodologies (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.

- Conduct regular project reviews and presentations to stakeholders.

- Gather, analyze, and document project requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the defined requirements.

- Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle through rigorous testing and quality control measures.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges.

- Proven leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Basic understanding of software development concepts and technologies is a plus.

- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
