Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the gaming industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing game development projects from inception to completion while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Team Coordination: Work closely with game designers, developers, artists, and QA teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project progress.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets the quality standards and gaming industry benchmarks.

Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure timely delivery within allocated costs.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to optimize workflow and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in project management within the gaming industry.

- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production workflows.

- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master is a plus.

- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming trends.

- Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
