CMR Green Technologies Limited formerly is Indias largest producer of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over approx. 4, 18, 000 MT per annum. Since its inception in 2006, it has maintained its fast-paced growth by leveraging latest technology and continuous improvement. CMR, which recycles aluminium scrap to make alloy, has 28-30 percent market share in India and is nearly three times larger than its nearest competitor. About CMRT

CMR Toyotsu (CMRT) is a Joint Venture between CMR Green Technologies Ltd., India and Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan. With an annual production capacity of 42, 000 MT, CMRT was established in April 2014 in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. The plant, spread over 9 acres, is equipped with facilities of a pump furnace, twin-shaft shredder, advanced sorting technology and baghouses. In 2019, CMRT started another plant in Vallam, near Chennai with annual production capacity of 24, 000 MT.

Designation: DGM/GM/ AVP/ VP - Plant Operation

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

Qualification :-

Essential B. Tech /B.E in Metallurgy/Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from reputed institute .

Desirable Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate in General Management

Experience :

Essential -Around 18 + years of experience in Plant Operation function preferably in the Metal/ Heavy engineering or Allied industries with minimum 1000 and above workforce. Out of them candidate must have exposure of Locations Head at 5 + Yr in large / Mid Size organization.

Desirable - Working experience in Global Best -in-class manufacturing practices.

Job Profile:

Candidate will be responsible for responsible for complete operations of the business at Unit Level & shall deliver value in terms of price realization, product efficiency , productivity & quality. Candidate should be High- quality , result Oriented & resilient leader with demonstrated capabilities having techno-commercial acumen from the Metal/ Heavy engineering or allied industry.,

Mainly job involve .

Provide inputs to the business planning process & determine resource requirements and long-term operational plans (capacity, lines, expansion, upgradations in line with organization needs)

Provide guidance to various teams at the plant for achievement of production targets, monitor target achievement through periodic reviews and any corrective action

Guide and ensure coordination between production, quality control, commercial functions and ensure clear understanding of targets and expectations

Oversee creation of the plant budget by consolidating inputs from various departments; ensure adherence to the approved budget. Incumbent will be responsible for Bottom line of the Business

Monitor adherence to inventory norms and minimize cost of inventory for all material types (PM, RM & Consumables)

Manage the overall IR climate in the geography and ensure timely awareness and action for managing any people related issues

Undertake discussions with consultants on project planning, execution of new technology, cost estimation and feasibility study on new projects

Oversee adherence to EHS norms and guidelines in all production activity and escalate non-compliance, if any

Age -40- 45 years.

CTC 25 to 35 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.

. Candidate must have understanding of Hindi Language at least basic level along with regional language.

. Candidate must have connected with South location by birth or working.

Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
