Factory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for multilocation plant operations including manufacturing, administration and planning
• Responsible for continuous quality improvement and system development
• Should be good at Production planning, Materials Management and Productivity improvement
• Good experience in maintaining Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development
• Should have knowledge of Factories Act, Labour Law, Excise, Service Tax, GST and statutory compliances will be preferred
• Provide leadership for the successful operation of the manufacturing plant including: production, quality control, maintenance, etc.
• Ability to set goals and ensure goals are achieved
• Strong leadership, team building and advance coaching skills
• Ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills
• Ability to co-ordinate and communicate effectively across all levels and departments

Preferred candidate profile

• Male
• Age : Around 35 to 40 Years
• Experience : 12-15 years (out of the above experience atleast 3 years in capacity of managing a plant with quality and system focus)
• Qualification : Graduate / PG in any stream of Engineering (Plastic / Chemical / Mechanical / Production)
• Location of Posting Nashik : Satpur (Will be responsible for all manufacturing locations and will have to travel to other plant which is approx. 20 kms from Nashik)
• Industry : Textile Coating & Lamination, PVC / Plastic Processing, Paper Coating and Laminating Companies

1. Must have experience in Manufacturing Industry with multi locations plants.

2. Leadership Qualities and ability to get work done.

3. Should be good at planning, execution and people management.

4. Knowledge of Statutory & Legal compliance.

5. Good experience in maintaining Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development
