Factory Manager - Hard Luggage Business (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for a Factory Manager for a Hard luggage brand based in Nashik.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Production planning: Developing and overseeing production plans that are aligned with the company's goals and sales projections

- Production schedules: Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure production runs smoothly

- Production costs: Estimating manufacturing costs and identifying ways to reduce them

- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory trends to determine how much stock to order to meet customer demand

- Quality assurance: Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards

- Safety: Enforcing safety regulations and providing training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols

- Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising production employees

- Equipment maintenance: Ensuring the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machines

- Production reports: Preparing production reports for senior management.
