Qualifications and Skills:.

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- 8-15 years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.

- In-depth knowledge of production management, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Proficient in the use of ERP systems and other production management software.

Production Management:.

- Oversee and manage all production activities to meet output targets.

Team Leadership:.

- Lead, manage, and mentor plant staff, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams.

Safety and Compliance:.

- Ensure that the plant adheres to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a zeroaccident culture.

Quality Assurance:.

- Maintain high product quality by implementing quality control procedures.

- Investigate and address any quality issues to avoid rework or delays.
