Plant Head - Copper Alloys (15-30 yrs)

Plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the unit. Plant Head will collaborate with executive leadership, oversee various departments, and focus on optimizing overall plant performance. The incumbent will play a crucial role in decisionmaking, continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the plant.

Deep technical knowledge and full understanding of plant operations

1. Manpower planning and labor management

a. Setting and monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics

b. Talent hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating overall performance of plant staff

2. PPC, including productivity improvement capabilities

a. Responsible for ensuring that the plant meets its production goals, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget.

b. Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies for the plant

- Good technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills with relevant work experience in the industry

- Minimum bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business administration, as well as 10+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a leadership role.

- Knowledge of plant equipment, systems, technologies, production planning, inventory management, supply chain management; quality management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies, environmental, health, and safety regulations.

- Technology market best practices, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and productivity accelerating software tools

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong analytical problemsolving and decision-making skills.
