Production Head - Paper Manufacturing (15-30 yrs)

Position: Production Head-Paper Manufacturing (Leading Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Managing Production Operations for different types of Paper

- Managing manufacturing operations and ensuring that stays on schedule and within budget constraints

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the production team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets

- Planning monthly and day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules for the manufacturing processes along with resource allocation for optimum output

- Coordinating with various internal & external stakeholders for continuous improvement of process & system

- Responsible of all the activities related to Production

- Troubleshoot and Correct Production Issues

- Manpower planning and Automation

- Deal with all the processes related to Paper Manufacturing

- Responsible for implementing TPM activities & quality circle in shop floor

- Supporting new product development, production improvements, optimum cost of product, for continuous growth of business and ensuring that the team maintained safety, health & Environment standards

- Creating new manufacturing process that improve manufacturing efficiency

- Managing all expansion projects in the plant and expanding utilities to run the equipment

Requirements:

- BE/ BTech

- 15+ yrs of experience in Paper Manufacturing Operations and should have worked in the capacity of a Production Head

- The Candidate Must Be Well Versed With Paper Processing And Should Have Technical Knowledge

- The Candidate Must Be Technical Sound In Approving The Customer Technical Data Sheet And Designing The Manufacturing Process Accordingly.

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good Communication skills
