Plant Head - Lighting Division (12-30 yrs)

This Plant Head role will lead the entire plant operations for the Lighting Division at Orient Electric. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, production management, cost optimization, quality control, material procurement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and leadership development.

Planning and Production:

- Develop and execute production plans to achieve budgeted volumes.

- Plan cost estimates for production, including materials, labor, and overhead.

- Optimize labor and machine capacity forlong- and short-term efficiency.

- Ensure brand-wise production plans are met, executing all necessary permits.

Cost Management & Efficiency:

- Control material usage, manpower allocation, inventory costs, and overhead expenses.

- Maintain strict adherence to budgeted personnel and operational costs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

- Ensure all quality standards forraw materials, packaging, and finished products are met.

- Maintain regulatory compliance with Excise, PF, Pollution Control Board and other authorities.

- Conduct monthly review meetings with the production team.

- Train executives, JMCs, and workmen through development programs
