Job Description: SAP IT Integration (Contract - 1 Year, Pune)

Location: Pune (On-site)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

- We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Integration Lead to drive a major SAP transformation project.

- The objective is to consolidate multiple SAP instances (currently four) into a unified system across all sites.

- The ideal candidate should have deep SAP expertise and a strong track record in end-to-end transformation projects, from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SAP integration and transformation project, ensuring seamless consolidation of multiple SAP instances.

- Define the overall IT landscape, ensuring synergies across different applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the integration roadmap and execution strategy.

- Oversee end-to-end project management, including timelines, risks, and resource planning.

- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards in integration.

- Manage vendor coordination, system architecture, and post-integration optimization.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP transformation and integration projects.

- Proven expertise in SAP system consolidation, migration, and integration.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules, architecture, and best practices.

- Experience in defining and implementing IT landscapes for large enterprises.

- Project management skills, with experience handling end-to-end SAP transformations.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
