Head - Process Optimization/Product Development & Quality Assurance - Paper Manufacturing (16-30 yrs)

Position: Head Process Optimization, Product Development & QA-Paper Manufacturing (Leading Manufacturing Co)

Role :

- Responsible for Process Optimisation, New Product Development & QA for the Plant

- New Product Development & work with clients on development of new products as per their needs

- Process Optimisation & Technical Improvement for existing products and process engineering for new products

- Standardization of quality check points at each stages of process input to final product for effective QA

- New vendor development for raw material, chemicals & Packing material

- Control of quality throughout the process from Pulp to final product

- Manpower management for Process Optimization, Product Development & QA Departments

- Customer complaint handling

- Responsible for Training and Development of Department

Requirements :

- BE/ BTech & MBA

- 15+ yrs of experience with experience in Process Optimisation, New Product Development and QA in Paper Manufacturing

- The Candidate Must Be Well Versed With Paper Processing And Should Have Technical Knowledge

- The Candidate Must Be Technical Sound In Approving The Customer Technical Data Sheet And Designing The Manufacturing Process Accordingly.

- Well versed with complete analysis of pulp and paper, fuel analysis, water analysis and flue gas analysis.

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good Communication skills
