HR Head - Industrial Relations - Retail/Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Build strong relationships with laborers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

2. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of all factory employees.

3. Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain fair workplace practices.

4. Design and implement training programs for employees to enhance skill sets and leadership potential.

5. Establish and enforce HR policies that reflect company values and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably with experience in retail and manufacturing sectors.

3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across locations.
