Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the export strategy for the company's food products in markets.
2. Identify potential markets and lead market expansion efforts.
3. Conduct market research to understand food trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in markets.
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics) to ensure seamless export operations.
6. Ensure compliance with all export regulations, including customs, tariffs, and product certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in export sales, or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven experience managing export operations, building markets, and negotiating contracts.
