Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and industry networking.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop onboarding programs that enhance engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during onboarding.
Stakeholder & Process Management:
- Maintain high-level follow-ups with department heads to track hiring progress.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
