Assistant General Manager Operations

Role Objective:

The role shall be responsible for end to end operations in factory & also needs to take care of the international market & business development.

Job Description:

• Leading overall strategic planning and execution for the manufacturing unit to drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality standards in manufacturing operations.
• Managing budgets, financial planning, cost control measures, and revenue targets for both the manufacturing unit and international sales operations.
• Building and managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and international partners to drive sales growth and expansion into global markets.
• Overseeing sales teams and ensuring alignment with international sales goals and targets, providing guidance and support on sales strategies and practices.
• Identifying new business opportunities, markets for growth, and potential international clients while conducting thorough market research and analysis.
• Negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnerships with both local and international clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and trade agreements.
• Travelling internationally to meet with key clients, partners, attend trade shows, and represent the company in global markets.
• Analyzing market trends, competition, and industry developments to make informed business decisions and drive overall business success.
