Qualifications
Essential: Candidateshould have bachelors degree in Human resource, / Business Administration/, ITor a related field from reputed college.
Desirable: MBA/Post graduate degree / diploma or certificate in Human Resource management/SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, People soft , People strong , Darin box or BambooHR).
Experience
Essential: 10+years of experience in leading HR technology with at least 3 years in aleadership role.
Desirable: Candidateshould have experience in implementing and managing HR software solutions.
JobSummary
Weare seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital HR Specialist to lead thetransformation of our HR functions through digital tools, platform andprocesses. The role involves implementing, managing, and optimizing digital HRsystems to streamline operations, enhance employee engagement, and ensuredata-driven decision-making.
Thisposition holder will be responsible for overseeing andsupervising the operation of HR Digitalization Project @ CMR Group Level.Currently we are using Darwin Box for Management Staff, Labour Works forContract Labour & for TeamLease Reg Tech compliance for HR Process. He /she would be responsible for overall monitoring of day-to-day operation of HRTech operation.
