Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, track, and report on key HR projects within the Chief Learning Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with demonstrated expertise in developing project plans, managing milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic reports to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and CLO priorities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project review meetings with cross-functional teams, tracking progress against goals and addressing risks proactively.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, providing clear, data-driven insights for CLO reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, resource needs, and potential roadblocks.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/masters degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in HR or learning and development projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in project planning tools, reporting dashboards, and project tracking methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
