Qualifications:
Essential: MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resourcemanagement / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/MSW (2 years FullTime) from Institute of repute.
Desired: HRAnalytics with specialization in Compensation & Benefits will be an addedadvantage.
Experience:
Essential: 2-5Years of Working exposure for payroll processing, compliance & Audit at corporate level . he must hands on workingexposure of any HRIS software such as Darwin Box/ People Soft, People Strong, Success Factor, SAP HR , SAP, Success Factor, People Soft, Keka, etc or. Corporate Exposure areMandatory.
Desirable: -SPOC for one of the HRIS Software Module & Exposure of Total Rewards
JobProfile: This position holder will be responsiblefor payroll & Compliance @ CMR Group Level. Currently we areusing Darwin Box for Management Staff, Labour Works for Contract Labour & for TeamLease Reg Tech compliance for HR Process . He / she would also beresponsible for overall monitoring of day to day operation of HR Tech operation.
PositionResponsibilities:
PayrollManagement
Ensureerror free and timely payroll administration and disbursements of salary andwages @ CMR Group level
interfacewith HR technology partners to communicate and integrate all the businessrequirements.
Manageand update all the employee related data, perform analytics, and providerelevant inputs to the required teams and stakeholders.
Maintainall personal files of Employees.
Process & make ensure timely Full & Final Payments for all exiting employees.
Compliance:
Ensurestatutory compliances for all HR Compliance
Audit:
SPOICfor all kind of internal or external Audit at Group Level & make ensure Zero Non compliance
Ensureto strengthen the system & process to as per SOPs.
HRMS:
Ensureeffective implementation of HRMS- Darwin Box & Labour works software forcomplete life cycle of employees and also responsible for Complianceapplication - Team Lease Regtech for all statutory compliances at Group Level .
Collation & collation of Various HR activities & prepare HR-MIS for Management Review.
Compensation & Benefits:
Review, benchmark and propose suitable compensation & benefits structures andpractices for the company.
Studyindustry trends, get contemporary market information and position competitivelyw.r.t salaries and rewards to be an attractive employer.
Provideinput to the organization regarding the appropriate kind of salary plans andbenefits programs for different categories and level of employees.
CoreCompetencies:
Proficientwith HRIS software - Darwin Box/ People Soft, People Strong, Success Factor, SAP HR etc..
TechSavvy
Extensiveknowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internalcontrol, and payroll taxes.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
General:
Age-25- 35 years.
CTC 3 - 8 LPA approx.CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.
Candidateshould not be frequent job changer.
Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. Wecan buy notice period, if required.
