Senior Executive - Payroll & Compliances

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Candidates will be preferred who has handled more approx. 600 employees with ISO / System driven organisation.

• Should have working knowledge of handling HR functions like Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS & Audit, Compliance & Contractual manpower and Payroll.

Role & responsibilities : REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE / JD:

• To work on ERP / HRIS Software for Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.
• Statutory Compliances & Contractual manpower compliances.
• To handle Talent Acquisition & on boarding of the new recruits.
• Joining Formalities of new candidates.
• Data management and Attendance management.
• Salary & Wage Management.
• Petty cash handling.
• Issuing letters like Offer letter & Appointment letter.
• Making the joining documents & to maintain the records of employees.
• Making MIS reports.
• Vendor Management.

Preferred candidate profile - KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
• Writing internal communications & presentations.
• Ability to handle and face Audit.
• Ability to multi-task and take tasks to desired closure.
• Positive attitude, Flexibility, Teamwork and collaboration.
• NOTE: Knowledge of HINDI speaking is must - so to interact with the staff in North India.
