Sarralle is looking for an HR spesialist to our office in Kolkata. Our new colleague will have a DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE WITH FLUENCY IN SPANISH (MANDATORY).

His/Her basic functions will be:

And his/her key responsabilities:

Apply and interpret HR processes
Participate in talent acquisition ( Selection and hiring)
Work to improve collective labor relations and ensure compliance with the disciplinary framework and coexistence guidelines
Implement internal communication programs
Labour relations within the framework of payroll, social security, and other related procedures.
Manage compensation systems
Manage expatriations and relocations
Manage information about presence, absenteeism, workplace accidents, etc.
Prepare monthly departmental reports for presentation to management
Perform transactional tasks associated with personnel management

The selected person should know spanish fluently (both read and write) and good English level will be positive

Requierements
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HR GENERALIST PROFILE IN CORE INDUSTRY
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOURCING AND RECRUITMENT
SHOULD BE AWARE OF LABOUR POLICIES
SHOULD HAVE VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
