1. Pay Roll Processing of all Employees.

2. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Onboarding.

3.Canteen Management.

4. Employee Connect - Birthdays/Uniform/Pooja celebrations.

5.Statutory Compliances

6.Documentation of Employees working on Sites

7.General Administration /House keeping/Office Management

8. MIS Reports as Required

9. Working on Systems/QMS -ISO/ERP

10.Training and Development

11.Performance Management /Year Appraisal Process/Market Correction

12.Handling Contractors and Contract Compliances

13.Has To lead a team for carrying out all Activities

14.To Monitor Head Count and regulate The Requirements

15.To Coordinate Performance management Process and Its Completion

16.Managing Industrial Relations and Conflict Management.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Should Be Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 Years Experience in HR and Admin Activities.

He/She should have working Experience in Manufacturing Industry
