Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in international markets, developing high-performing teams, and establishing strong client relationships. This leadership role requires a visionary thinker with a deep understanding of global market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in international markets. Align sales objectives with overall company goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize key markets for growth. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer service and address any challenges effectively.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.
- Collaboration with Executive Leadership: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
Experience & Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience in B2B Key Accounts, International experience, team management, 15- 20 years of work experience of which at least 5 years in a team lead role.
- Experience in Value selling, experience in water Based Emulsion coating and south & south East Asia Markets will be preferred.
