Branch Business Manager - Home Loans (3-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed branch sales targets for home loans.

- Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding business within the local market.

- DSA Management: Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to generate a consistent flow of high-quality customer leads.

- Provide training and support to DSAs to maximize their effectiveness.

- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Direct Sales Team (DST) at the branch.

- This includes recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation of team members.

- Customer Relationship Management: Interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the home loan process.

- Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.

- Loan Portfolio Management: Work towards building a healthy and credit-worthy home loan portfolio at the branch.

- Adhere to credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.

- Local Market Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and performance analysis to senior management.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Compliance: Ensure all branch operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing.

- Minimum of 3-8 years of prior experience in Home Loans sales.

- Strong knowledge of the local area (Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, or Gingee).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with DSAs and customers.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
