Job Description:
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, ensuring business growth, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.
- This role involves managing sales, credit, collections, and operational functions while leading a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate business for assigned areas.
- Train & guide the team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters.
Monitor & track team performance:
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping.
- Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre/post disbursement.
Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio:
- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets.
- Abreast with the competitor's practices and market activities/preferences and recommend future strategies.
- Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned areas.
- Customer service Attending to customer enquiries/grievances on a timely basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
- 3+ years' of management or supervisory experience.
- Experience hiring and training individuals.

- Address customer inquiries and grievances promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in hiring and training individuals.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
