Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mangaluru.
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the health insurance branch, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring branch profitability.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the health insurance branch.
- Manage, coach, and mentor branch staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve branch performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. (Specify desired experience range).
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
