Role: Branch Manager - Agency Channel
Location: Ahmedabad, Mumbai (Mulund, Borivali)
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: 5-13 years (Minimum 3-4 years in Life Insurance preferred)
Age : below 40 years only
- Candidate should only be from Agency channel
Role Overview:
- The Branch Manager - Agency Channel will be responsible for managing and driving business growth through the agency channel vertical. This role involves strategizing and executing plans to enhance sales performance, mentor teams, and ensure business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on HNI prospects.
- Monitor and improve key business performance metrics, including Life Advisors base, activation, case rate, and case size.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of Sales Managers (SMs) and Recruitment & Development Managers (RDMs).
- Coach and mentor ABMs/BRDMs to enhance their leadership and sales management capabilities.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure quality advisor selection and business compliance.
- Track and optimize key business health indicators such as persistency, Life Advisors commission, product mix, claims, and ECS/SI percentage.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor sales targets for SMs and RDMs.
- Ensure seamless execution of business plans and drive performance excellence.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in team management and business development within the insurance sector.

Reporting Team:
- 3-5 Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs) / Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDMs)
- Each ABM/BRDM oversees a team of 8-10 Sales Managers / RDMs
