One of the worst experiences of my career, incompetent Manager , clueless management , no support from HR , no work life balance , worst nightmare, out of my 20 years of work experience period with MCHI 1.3 years was horrible that too during COViD 1st lock down they created huge fear among employees that of job safety with huge pressure . Foul language is used by Sales Head, career growth is slow, pathetic compensation, salary is too low, incentives structure is next to impossible, No such employee benefit except Health Insurance,
