Role & responsibilities

• Develop and generate business for assigned areas.
• Train & guide the team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters.
• Monitor & track team performance.
• Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping.
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre/post disbursement.
• Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio.
• Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets.
• Abreast with the competitors practices and market activities/preferences and recommend future strategies.
• Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned areas.
• Customer service Attending to customer enquiries/grievances on a timely basis.
