We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our Core Banking Support (CBS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PL/SQL and extensive exposure to the Flexcube product. This role requires a deep understanding of various Flexcube modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Flexcube modules, including CASA, LOANS, GLs, etc.
• Manage and execute Flexcube End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) batch processes.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.
• Document technical specifications and support procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proficient in PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Flexcube product and its modules (CASA, LOANS, GLs, etc.).
• Knowledge of Flexcube EOD/BOD batch processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with other core banking systems.
