Role & responsibilities

1. Draft and post job openings on various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

2. Utilize advanced search filters and keywords on job portals to identify potential candidates. 3. Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, etc
4. Screen resumes to shortlist candidates who closely match the job requirements.

5. Manage interview Process.

6. Discuss salary expectations and negotiate offers in alignment with company budgets and candidate expectations.

7. Managing end to end recruitment process.
