3. Handling team of recruiters

4. Ensuring new hiring pipeline and mining percentage of different verticals

5. Responsible for team performance

6. Travelling all across Punjab, Himachal, Haryana and Jammu

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidate profile

This profile requires a person who can manage a team of recruiters and achieving month on month hiring numbers.

A candidate who has a multiple language proficiency - Punjabi/ Hindi/English

Qualification - MBA in HR

Local candidates will be preferred.
