Investment Analyst

1. Capital Raising & Fund Management:

• Identify funding opportunities and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
• Structure and execute debt and equity financing transactions, including term loans, bonds, securitization, and other instruments.

2. Strategic Investment Planning:

• Evaluate investment opportunities to enhance the company's asset portfolio.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures to expand the companys market presence.

3. Financial Modelling & Analysis:

• Build and review financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of projects.
• Analyze housing finance markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Work with internal teams, including credit, risk, and compliance, to ensure successful deal closures.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, investors, and rating agencies.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines specific to the housing finance industry.
• Monitor and manage risks associated with investment portfolios and financing structures.

6. Performance Reporting:

• Prepare periodic reports on investment performance, funding status, and capital adequacy.
• Present findings and strategies to senior leadership and the Board.
