Education: CFA (Level III minimum) / MBA (NISM Research Analyst or Investment Advisor Certification preferred)

Basic Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of core finance activities related to Indian capital markets.

• Responsibilities include:
• Generating leads from wealth managers, brokers, and networks.
• Maintaining data for compliance and scrutiny.
• Analyzing deals of listed and unlisted companies using financial statements, ratios, cash flow analysis, and public news to identify growth trends.

• Ideal candidates should be:
• System-oriented, agile, energetic, and problem solvers.
• Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
• Diligent team players with strong discipline.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

• Stakeholder Management: Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Up-to-date with current Indian market affairs and finance-related knowledge.
• Familiarity with products such as real estate, structured products, loans against shares, margin funding, acquisition financing, and promoter funding.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Tally, and basic cloud applications (e.g., Google Drive).
